YES BANK’s #YESforLocal Platform is an initiative to create a digital platform empowering local Merchants to showcase their products and reach to all YES BANK customers with exclusive offers.

Are there any delivery charges?

The purchase is completed by the Merchant Partner and it is subject to the Merchant Partner to levy the same or waive it for your order. The delivery is subject to availability and allowed by the government directives under the Covid-19 restrictions.

What if I receive a damaged product?

YES BANK doesn’t guarantee the product quality and availability and in case you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately or reach out to the Merchant Partner and inform them of the defect.

What warranty does Merchant Partner have for its products?

The warranty on each product is defined and managed by the Merchant partner selling the same. Please refer to the product details or speak to the Merchant Partner directly for specific warranty related information.

Can I change my delivery date?

We currently don’t have the functionality to allow rescheduling of orders through our website. You can contact the Merchant Partner for further assistance.
